Winter Ailments - working with rongoa
Our tutor, Donna Kerridge, has produced a free downloadable booklet on winter ailments, and working with rongoa. In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, the booklet discusses traditional methods to protect whanau from respiratory infections, building immunity, and dealing with minor infections. You can download the booklet from: Ora New Zealand
