Titoki Education and Learning Ltd

Sharing and growing knowledge
Policy Information.
Cancellation of workshops
Titoki Education and Learning Limited reserves the right to cancel any workshop which fails to reach a satisfactory level of enrolment, or when circumstances arise outside of our control.
If we have to cancel, a full refund of fees will be made, however we cannot be held responsible for travel or accommodation bookings. We will always endeavour to give you at least 5 days' notice of cancellations by email.
Refund/Transfer of fees - participant cancellation
To be eligible for a refund of your fees or transfer to a later date, you must apply in writing with reason, 5 working days prior to the commencement of the course. An administration fee of 10% of the course fee will be deducted. You may also transfer your enrolment to another participant to avoid any loss of fees.
Not attending, and not informing us of your non-attendance prior to the day of the course will nullify your fee paid - unfortunately it does not roll over due to non-attendance.
In circumstances where a refund is granted but catering has been ordered, a 30% deduction will be made to cover the catering cost.
Catering
If the workshop you are attending is catered, please let us know as soon as possible if you have any special dietary requirements. The caterers will usually have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options as standard.
Car Pooling
Many people who attend these workshops are from out of town. If you are travelling but would like to catch a ride with others, or share a seat in your vehicle, please let us know and we will share with other attendees so you may be able to be put in contact with others coming from the same area.
Feel free to contact us if you would like further information about our courses or for enrolment
